Come and embroider like Mounira Al Solh during the Christmas holidays!
At the Bonnefanten, you can take part in a special embroidery workshop this Christmas holiday, inspired by the exhibition of Mounira Al Solh.

With guidance, you’ll work freely on embroidery on textile, giving shape to your own memories. Think of a special place, a beloved person, or a moment you cherish — small stories that can feel both warm and melancholic at the same time.

Al Solh uses a lot of textile in her work to make feelings and memories tangible. During this workshop, you’ll experience for yourself how image, language, and thread can flow into one another.

Embroider intuitively, make a small sketch using running stitches, or work with words as visual material — anything goes, nothing is required. You can take your artwork home with you afterwards!

Time: 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm
No registration required, but full = full!
Free with a valid admission ticket.
