FarmCamps De Verloren Kost is a small-scale agricultural company with a passion for horses and ponies in the middle of the beautiful hilly landscape of South Limburg.
On the farm, you will stay in one of the beautiful luxury FarmCamps barn tents and enjoy the activities on the farm and in the surroundings. You can ride the ponies and horses, but you can also choose to go for a nice walk or mountain bike ride directly from the farm.
In addition, there are regular exciting forest rides and if you want to stable a horse, De Verloren Kost is also the right place. It is a unique location with peace and quiet and space for yourself and the horse, personal attention and lots of pony fun.
As well as offering accommodation, De Verloren Kost also offers individual pony lessons in small groups for children aged 6 to 12.
Pony fun
Pony fun at FarmCamps De Verloren Kost is more than just pony riding. Lessons are provided by Annemarie. She has years of experience in riding horses and is a qualified instructor.
Lessons are small-scale, recreational and playful in nature with plenty of attention to both child and animal. Lessons are suitable for up to 6 to 8 children in the age group of 6 to 12 years.
The ponies are taken out of the pasture by the children before each lesson, after which they are brushed and prepared for the lesson. They are then ridden in the outdoor arena, in small groups and at everyone's own pace.
After the lesson, drinks and sweets are available. Parents can watch their son or daughter's antics over a cup of coffee at the edge of the arena.
Classes are varied and different every week. Ever done a musical chair dance with a pony? It is possible at FarmCamps De Verloren Kost!

Spacious, well-lit stalls (3 by 3 metres).

Grazing, the horse stays in a spacious pasture all day if the weather permits. The horses are put out to pasture in small groups or individually.
