At the Thermenmuseum you can see the impressive remains of a Roman bathhouse, also called thermal baths. It is the best-preserved Roman (public) bathhouse of the Netherlands.
You can view the remaining structure from a specially constructed footbridge. The museum also has a varied collection of utensils from the Roman era and originating from Coriovallum: the Roman city under Heerlen.
