The late-summer concert in September is dedicated to Italy. Let yourself be carried away by warm, atmospheric music inspired by Italian themes.

Limburg’s top violinist Enzo Kok joins the harp and piano duo of Oxana and Kasper, performing, among other works, an arrangement of Mendelssohn’s brilliant Italian Symphony and Mascagni’s beautiful Intermezzo.

The programme is varied and atmospheric, ranging from Chopin’s subtle Souvenir de Paganini to Paganini’s virtuoso La Campanella. To conclude, you will hear Rossini’s famous overture to the opera Il barbiere di Siviglia, in an original 19th-century transcription for harp, piano and violin.
