The South's leading symphony orchestra plays: Gimenéz, De Falla, Turina and Albéniz. During this year's Composers' Day, the fiery Iberian Peninsula will be put in the spotlight.

A whole day of beautiful music from Spain and Portugal will be heard. Philzuid's contribution to the day includes peppered arias and dance music by De Falla to symphonic works by Turina and Albéniz.

Philzuid is conducted by honorary conductor Ed Spanjaard. Special guest is Polish soprano Monika Buczkowska-Ward (partner of chief conductor Duncan Ward).
