The Franssen Franken Ronde is an annual celebration in the centre of Heerlen. Early in the evening, the adapted cyclists start their race on the challenging course through the city.
Afterwards, the advertising caravan travels along the course, to match the atmosphere of the Tour de France as closely as possible. After that, the pro riders come to the start for their race through the busy city centre.
Afterwards, the party moves to the two large catering squares in the heart of Heerlen. Come and enjoy it too on 1 August, admission is free.
