As an annual tradition, gypsy guitarist Manito will once again perform at the Catharinakapel in Lemiers on Sunday afternoon, 30 August.
With enchanting guitar melodies and fiery improvisations, Manito shares his story with his audience. The programme features both lively rumba flamenca from the Camargue and melancholic gypsy romances. All facets of life are reflected in his captivating performance.
A concert by Manito is highly recommended for lovers of Spanish guitar music and is a delight for both the eyes and the ears. He was named after the French guitar legend ‘Manitas de Plata’ (1921–2014), the forefather of the Gipsy Kings.
With its wall paintings and excellent acoustics, the Catharinakapel provides a magnificent setting for such a concert.
Time: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
€15.00. Payable in cash upon arrival.
