The Mill Hill County High School Tour Orchestra, Choir and Band have been specially formed for their 2024 tour, bringing together some of the school's most talented young musicians. More than 100 students applied for just 60 places, with participants selected based on their outstanding commitment to music and extracurricular activities.
During this performance, you will enjoy the talents of a 40-member orchestra featuring musicians aged 11 to 18. Throughout the school year, these students take part in a wide range of musical projects, concerts and workshops, performing repertoire ranging from classical works to contemporary film music.
You will also hear the impressive 45-member choir, bringing together singers from the school's Junior, Senior and Chamber Choirs. Choral singing is a proud tradition at Mill Hill County High School, with performances ranging from popular musical theatre favourites to classical masterpieces.
Together, these talented young performers from England will present a varied and entertaining programme that showcases their passion, dedication and musical excellence.
