After last season’s success, clarinetist Jules Baeten returns to Opus 16 Concerts, together with violist Marie Louise De Jong and pianist Michelle Lynne.

They will perform Max Bruch’s expressive Eight Pieces for clarinet, viola, and piano, complemented by works of Géza Frid, Dick Kattenburg, and Johannes Brahms.

Johannes Brahms – Gestillte Sehnsucht, op. 91.
Dick Kattenburg – Allegro Moderato.
Géza Frid – Rhapsody, op. 42.
Max Bruch – Eight Pieces, op. 83.

In the pre-programme, students from the Maastricht Conservatory will perform: Duo Sonho with Beatriz Bôto (voice) and Sofija Subbotina (piano).
