During the Lamb Days, you can visit the lambs in the stables of the sheepfold. And of course, children can pet the lambs and feed them with bottles!

On the grounds of the sheepfold, it is now possible to follow an experience trail. During a walk, you get to know the sheep, the shepherd and the sheepdogs in an interactive way.

Through the eyes of lamb Sofie, children learn all about the special work of the sheep of Schaapskooi Mergelland.

The experience trail is open from 31 January to 12 April, every Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday afternoon (closed during the carnival weekend).

Opening hours:
Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
