The Alpina Limburg Wine Trail (Run) is the ultimate wine experience for runners who want to discover the beautiful Heuvelland of Zuid-Limburg and its local wines.
During this unique event on Saturday 3 October, you combine a sporting challenge with Burgundian enjoyment in one of the most beautiful landscapes in the Netherlands.
During this third edition, Kasteelhoeve Cartils is the start and finish location. Kasteelhoeve Cartils is located next to Kasteel Cartils in the Eyserbeekdal, between Gulpen and Eys.
This special location forms the perfect setting for a day where nature, sport and wine come together. After your effort, you can enjoy an atmospheric closing moment with music and ambience together with other participants.
The route offers distances of 10, 15 and 20 kilometres and takes you along paved and unpaved paths, rolling hills and past the characteristic vineyards that make the landscape of Zuid-Limburg so special.
Along the way, you taste several local Limburg wines, combined with a matching snack.
