On Saturday, 24 October, D’n Hiemel will transport you from the south of the Netherlands straight to the United States – Louisiana, to be precise.

Dutch collective Louisiana Heat brings you the very best music rooted in the melting pot of New Orleans. In their own words: fat & funky.

From the irresistible funk of The Meters and The Neville Brothers and the second line sounds of Dr. John and Earl King to the uptempo R&B of Robert Parker and Huey ‘Piano’ Smith – all complemented by plenty of original material.
