Fancy a cosy and flavourful Sunday afternoon? On Mother’s Day (Sunday 10 May), you are warmly welcome at the beautiful Wijngoed Fromberg for a special oyster & sparkling wine tasting.

During this afternoon, you will taste three different oysters from the Oesteratelier (six in total), each paired with a perfectly matching glass of sparkling wine from the estate. From fresh and briny to creamy and refined, you will discover just how wonderful this classic combination can be.

But it’s not just about tasting… You will also receive an accessible introduction to the oysters: where they come from, what determines their flavour, and why certain wines pair so well with them. So you will go home not only with a satisfied appetite, but also with new insights.

And would you like to experience it yourself? Then you can (optionally) learn how to open an oyster correctly and safely – something that often seems more difficult than it really is.
Time: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Price: €37.50 per person.
