The Jan van Eyck Academie warmly invites you to its annual Open Studios.
For three days, all doors of the academy building will be open, welcoming you to discover the artistic practices of the Jan van Eyck class of 2026: an international group of around 40 artists, designers, writers, architects and other artistic researchers.
They will present the processes and outcomes of their residency period in Maastricht. The programme encompasses a wide range of artistic practices; expect installations, presentations, performances, screenings, lectures, tastings and more.
You can also explore the academy’s gardens, sample delicious creations from the Food Lab, discover innovative materials in the Future Materials Lab, and browse new artists’ books in the Printing & Publishing Lab.
