Orgelconcert: ‘Laudate eum in chordis et organo’

On 8 August and 3 October, the historic Pereboom & Leijser organ from 1878 will fill Sint-Martinuskerk in Maastricht with its magnificent sound during two special concerts.

Organist, conductor and teacher Jan Harmsen will guide you through works by great composers such as César Franck, Louis Vierne, Léon Boëllmann, Jacques-Nicolas Lemmens, Hendrik Andriessen and many more.

Relax beneath the Neo-Gothic vaults of this 19th-century cruciform basilica as the historic organ pipes fill the church with breathtaking music.

The concert lasts approximately one hour and takes place in the afternoon – the perfect opportunity to enjoy a wonderful day in Maastricht.

Afterwards, you can unwind on a terrace at the Vrijthof or take a stroll along the Maas. Admission is free, so come along and let yourself be surprised!
