Grappa from South Limburg soil! Would you like to try a tasting that’s a bit different, but still something with grapes?

Wijndomein en distilleerderij de Bisschopshoeve offers you a unique opportunity on three Saturdays in June (June 6, 13 or 20, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM) to taste three grape distillates made from both their own vines and Pinot Noir grapes from Wijndomein Stokhem.

Let yourself be surprised by the fresh, subtle fruity taste of these distillates. Master distiller Claudia Bisschops will guide you through the vineyard, the distillation process, the influence of wood ageing, and of course the tasting of fruit distillates.
