On 11 and 12 September, Limburg’s history comes to life with the open-air performance Reinoud the Valiant.

Exactly 700 years after his death, you will hear and see the story of Count Reinoud I of Guelders, who died in the dungeon of Montfort Castle, imprisoned by his own son.

Theatre, music and history come together at the monumental site where his life came to an end.
