The Borderline River Bluesband is coming to De Op Staai Tuinconcerten! On Friday, 28 August, Op Staai will be filled with the sound of pure blues.
Jack van Vroonhoven and his Borderline River Bluesband will bring raw, warm and passionate blues, just the way blues is meant to be. This five-piece band, led by frontman Jack, plays blues ‘straight from the soul’, with occasional ventures into funky beats and South American rhythms.
With a wide repertoire of old and new blues covers, performed in their own distinctive style, the band guarantees an atmospheric evening. They will also perform some of their own work. The band has been around since 1995 and may still be known to some as Double Jack.
Their spirit and quality have certainly not diminished, and they will take the garden by storm with plenty of energy. Make sure you don’t miss it!
Time: the garden opens at 7:00 pm and the band starts at 8:00 pm.
