Every note of the 140 musicians tells the epic story of friendship, courage and struggle in Middle-earth. With three Oscars, two Grammy Awards and two Golden Globes to his name, Howard Shore is the undisputed master behind the iconic soundtracks of The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit.
At this special theatre concert, the impressive compositions from both trilogies come together in one grand symphony. The internationally renowned National Choir of Ukraine “Dumka” and the acclaimed Lviv-based International Symphony Orchestra (INSO), conducted by Raymond Janssen, join forces once again.
Following their successes with Carmina Burana, Harry Potter and Porgy and Bess, among others, they now bring this compelling musical journey to life.
