Experience winter, Limburg style!
Looking for a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the festive season? Together with Brasserie Giraffe Lodge Vaals and Restaurant Vijlerhof, RGLVC’01 is organising a scenic winter walk of approximately 11 kilometres through one of the most beautiful parts of South Limburg.
The route takes you past the charming hilltop village of Vijlen, through the beautiful Vijlenerbossen forest and along picturesque paths offering stunning panoramic views of Limburg's rolling hills.
Along the way, you'll discover traditional Christmas nativity scenes, locally known as kribkes, which add a special touch of warmth and festive charm to the area.
Enjoy the winter scenery, the festive atmosphere and, of course, a delicious glass of mulled wine along the way!
