The Zuid-Limburgs Federatiefeest will take place in historic Obbicht from 16 to 19 July. For four days, you can experience the rich schutter tradition, music and Limburg hospitality at the festival grounds on Kasteelweg 1 in Obbicht.
Programme
Thursday starts with a parade, Holy Mass and a Summer Bingo Party.
Friday is all about the younger generation, featuring a games tournament during the day and live entertainment in the evening with Wir sind Spitze! and DJ Admin.
Saturday focuses on connection, networking and shooting competitions, accompanied by Duo Big Joe and Erwin.
Sunday is the highlight of the event, featuring an impressive parade, various competitions, a children's village and celebrations in the festival tent with De Limburgse Boereblaoskapel, Das Tirol Team and Big Benny.
All this takes place in a unique setting close to the spot where William of Orange crossed the River Meuse in 1568; the parade even passes this historic location.
Admission is free. Ample parking is available, with electric shuttle services transporting visitors to the festival grounds.
