Enjoy seasonal dishes with a modern twist at Château St. Gerlach. Formerly the living quarters of Baron de Selys de Fanson, the kitchen and dining area have retained their original décor, adding to the chic atmosphere that is reflected in the team's service. 

It is a place where nostalgia is combined with contemporary cuisine, devised by the chef and his talented team, with ingredients bought locally and harvested in the estate's gardens. 

Weather permitting, the outdoor terrace is a lovely setting for lunch, dinner or light bites.

Les Salons is open daily. 
Monday to Friday: 6pm to 9pm. 
Saturday and Sunday: 12.00-21.00. 

Lunch Special at Les Salons
Order a delicious combination of classic and contemporary flavours during a relaxing afternoon or convivial business lunch. The chef and his team are ready to give you a tasty experience.

Lunch starts with an amuse bouche, followed by 2 courses with produce from our kitchen garden. The Lunch Special comes to €65 including 1 amuse, 2 courses, 1 glass of 'Hommage' wine, table water and tea or coffee. The special is available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
