Wine is not only an important part of the dining experience, but also a source of inspiration for the kitchen team. Regional wines are selected first, inspiring refined dishes created with high-quality ingredients from local suppliers.

Every month, you can enjoy a new seasonal surprise menu of four to nine courses. A wide range of vegetarian dishes is also available, and naturally, your dietary requirements will be taken into account.
