When you walk from Gulpen to Wijlre, you will come across the completely different, but equally beautiful castles of Wijlre and Cartils. You can also see the breweries of the famous Limburg beer brands Brand and Gulpener. The green posts lead you over the most rural roads between the villages, through the rolling landscape and along the bubbling Gulp. You can start this beautiful route from the bus station in Gulpen (Oude Akerweg/Burg.Teheuxweg) or from the parking lot in Wylre (Beertsenhoven, near Kasteel Wijlre).
