On the MTB Route Parkstad Heerlen you see both park and city, green panoramas as well as the popular neighbourhoods outside Heerlen’s city-centre. The route includes a beautiful flow trail in the unspoilt Imstenrade Forest (Imstenraderbos) and two tough climbs and super-fast descents on the Kunderberg. This mountain bike tour nestles between the route of Parkstad Landgraaf (Strijthagen) and the connecting route Nuth-Voerendaal, which makes it easy to expand your mountain bike experience. Along the way, you will find various catering establishments where you can enjoy a relaxing break and a tasty meal, such as ‘Auberge de Rousch’. You follow this mountain bike route via wooden posts with yellow plates and the international MTB-sign in green.
