This circuit, created by Grimpeur and Limburg Cycling, goes eastwards and starts at the Tom Dumoulin Bike Park, from where you will soon leave Sittard’s city boundaries behind you. Your heartbeat will slowly increase, while conquering the steep Wanenberg. What follows next are fields, picturesque hamlets and nice short explosive climbs.
The route leads you past the most beautiful spots of the region. It is never flat. As it should be with a good route, the fireworks come at the end. The climbs of the Schieversberg and the Sweikhuizerberg will make all the other climbs in this route fade away. If, after all of this exertion, you still have some energy left on your return, you can top the day of and go wild at the Tom Dumoulin Bike Park. Please do check the opening hours though!
