This workshop is offered during the weekend and is a popular activity to enjoy together in a cosy and relaxed atmosphere.

During this vlaai baking workshop, you will start by learning how to prepare your own spelt vlaai dough after a short introduction. Once the hand-kneaded dough has had time to rise, you will shape the vlaai and fill it with locally sourced fruit fillings. The vlaai are then baked in conventional ovens or in the wood-fired Leemoven.

This workshop takes place with a minimum of 6 participants. Please note that additional participants may join the workshop. The workshop lasts approximately 3 to 3.5 hours.

Please note: participation is possible from the age of 12. Children aged 12 to 18 may only participate when accompanied by a paying adult. The same rate applies to both children and adults.
