Seasonal lunch on the terrace

On June 28, 2026, an exceptional culinary lunch will take place in collaboration with Wijngoed St. Martinus, prepared by Chef Guido Le Bron de Vexela of Les Salons.

The day begins at 12:00 PM in the vineyard, where you will be welcomed with an aperitif and amuse-bouches, followed by a guided tour of the vineyards led by Stan Beurskens. Lunch will then be served at 1:00 PM on the terrace of Les Salons.

The four-course menu, created by Chef Guido Le Bron de Vexela, beautifully showcases his refined cuisine and craftsmanship. The carefully selected wines from St. Martinus pair perfectly with the regional products and seasonal flavors. Water, coffee or tea with friandises are included.
