Limburg's biggest train festival is coming back! The cosy family event for everyone interested in culture, steam, technology and trains. 

During the Steam Train Days, take a unique look behind the scenes of the Miljoenenlijn and travel along the museum railway in one of the many trains. 

Heritage in motion 
Museum station Simpelveld stretches over some 800 metres and, in addition to the large station building, also houses the Miljoenenlijn Depot with the steam train workshop and turntable and the classic train safety system with the characteristic signal boxes.

During the Steam Train Days, you will get up close and personal with the special collection of museum equipment, the (operation of the) classic safety system and the special nature along the 29 kilometres of railway line. The enthusiastic volunteers will not only let you see it, but most of all experience it!
